| As per standard procedure, I take a picture of every item of food that I get served at these things. Sometimes it's buffet style, sometimes we get served. We got served this time. This plate is the appetizer. According to the chef's e-mail, this was Seared Tiger Prawns dusted in Togarashi on a bed of Tropical Fruit and Tamarind Relish. It was damn spicy! Hoo-wee, this was when everyone started to grab for the pitchers of water. That's Evelyn's hand on the left. |
